Terms & Conditions — Colombian Jukebox Cultural Walks
By booking a Cultural Walk with Colombian Jukebox S.A.S., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Walking tours take place in an urban environment with uneven surfaces, traffic, changing weather, and variable infrastructure.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
- Walking outdoors
- Weather-related conditions (rain, heat, wind, slippery surfaces)
- Entering public or private spaces
- Interacting with the city’s environment
Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. is not responsible for injuries resulting from conditions that are outside our control, including weather events or force majeure.
2. Personal Belongings
Participants are fully responsible for their belongings at all times.
Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. is not liable for:
- Theft, loss, or disappearance of personal items
- Damage to mobile phones, cameras, jewelry, money, or valuables
- Items handed to the guide to hold
- Damage caused by water, rain, or accidental exposure
We strongly recommend keeping valuables at your hotel or carrying them securely and discreetly.
3. Safety & Behavior
Participants must follow safety instructions provided during the walk.
Anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the experience without refund.
4. Weather Policy
The walk proceeds in light or moderate rain.
In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. may:
- Delay the start
- Modify the route
- Reschedule
- Cancel the experience
If we cancel due to weather, you may select a new date or receive a full refund.
5. Punctuality
The experience begins promptly at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late and miss the tour, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
6. Photo & Video Release
By attending the experience, you grant Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. permission to capture and use photos or videos taken during the walk for:
- Social media
- Website content
- Marketing and promotional materials
If you prefer not to be photographed, inform the guide at the beginning of the tour.
7. Health Conditions
You are responsible for assessing your physical ability to participate.
Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. is not liable for injuries or medical emergencies arising from pre-existing conditions, limited mobility, or failure to disclose necessary information.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time.
- No refund: Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows.
If Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. must cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
9. Minors
Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian, who assumes full responsibility for their safety and behavior throughout the tour.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Colombian law.
Any claims must be resolved within the Colombian jurisdiction applicable to Colombian Jukebox S.A.S.
Términos y Condiciones — Caminatas Culturales
Al reservar una caminata cultural con Colombian Jukebox S.A.S., aceptas los siguientes términos:
1. Participación y Asunción de Riesgo
Las caminatas se realizan en un entorno urbano con superficies irregulares, clima variable, tráfico y espacios públicos.
Al participar, aceptas voluntariamente todos los riesgos asociados, incluyendo:
- Condiciones climáticas
- Superficies resbalosas
- Entrar y salir de espacios públicos o privados
- Riesgos inherentes al entorno urbano
Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. no es responsable por lesiones derivadas de circunstancias fuera de nuestro control, como eventos climáticos o fuerza mayor.
2. Pertenencias Personales
Cada participante es responsable de sus pertenencias en todo momento.
Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. no se hace responsable por:
- Robo, pérdida o desaparición de objetos
- Daños a celulares, cámaras, joyas o dinero
- Objetos entregados a la guía para sostener
- Daños causados por agua, lluvia o exposición accidental
Recomendamos no traer objetos de valor.
3. Seguridad y Comportamiento
Los participantes deben seguir las indicaciones de seguridad dadas por la guía.
Conductas inapropiadas, riesgosas o disruptivas pueden resultar en la expulsión del recorrido sin reembolso.
4. Política Climatológica
La caminata continúa con lluvia ligera o moderada.
En caso de clima severo, Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. podrá:
- Retrasar la salida
- Modificar la ruta
- Reprogramar
- Cancelar la experiencia
En caso de cancelación por parte nuestra, se ofrece reembolso total o nueva fecha.
5. Puntualidad
El recorrido inicia a la hora acordada.
Llegadas tardías o inasistencias se consideran no-show y no tienen reembolso.
6. Uso de Imágenes
Al participar, autorizas a Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. a utilizar fotos y videos tomados durante la caminata con fines promocionales.
Si no deseas aparecer, indícalo al inicio.
7. Condiciones de Salud
Eres responsable de evaluar tu capacidad física para participar.
No somos responsables por emergencias médicas derivadas de condiciones preexistentes o por no informar limitaciones relevantes.
8. Cancelaciones y Reembolsos
- Reembolso total si cancelas con 24 horas de anticipación.
- Sin reembolso por cancelaciones tardías o inasistencias.
Si Colombian Jukebox S.A.S. cancela, se ofrecerá reembolso o reprogramación.
9. Menores de Edad
Los menores deben estar acompañados por un adulto responsable en todo momento.
10. Ley Aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación colombiana.
Cualquier reclamación deberá resolverse dentro de la jurisdicción aplicable a Colombian Jukebox S.A.S.
